If your item doesn’t fit the way you expected, we’ve got you covered.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request:

  • Size exchange

  • Store credit

We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct fit.

🔁 Exchanges (Recommended Option)

We strongly recommend exchanges to ensure you get the best results from your garment.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Hygienic liner must be intact

  • No signs of wear, odors, or markings

💳 Store Credit

If you prefer, we offer store credit for eligible returns.

  • Store credit never expires

  • Can be used online or in-store

💵 Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our garments, refunds are limited and only approved under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags attached and hygienic liner intact

  • No visible signs of wear or use

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
