I wear this combo everyday it's so amazing!!! The mid section firm body shaper goes from under my boobs pushing them up, and all the way down to my lower hip line coving my mama pouch. It smoothes and snatches my waist, so you don't feel like your in a straight tube. It's tight enough to feel like part of me through out the day I'm able to bend and sit comfortably without feeling stiff. And!!!! With the bra it just completely takes care of my biggest insecurity.
